About Us

Salt Partners was created in 2024 by a husband and wife who collectively have over 25 years of Recruiting and HR experience. Kelsey and Kevin have worked at two companies together as well as worked in church operations and consulting. We set out to create reliable services to help with one of the most important parts of your organization - People. We believe people are the key ingredient.

 

The name Salt Partners stems from a few key parts in our lives. 

 

Matthew 5:13-16 says:

"You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot. You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven."

We believe that people should be salt of the earth, not only in their close relationships but in their business interactions each day. We are passionate about recruiting for organizations and partnering to learn your unique staffing needs.

We are based in Austin, TX and love spending time with our growing family, visiting Port Aransas when we can get away, and trying new restaurants around town.
