Salt Partners was created by a husband and wife in Austin, TX who collectively have over 25 years of Recruiting and HR experience. Kelsey and Kevin have worked at two companies together and always dreamed of owning their own business together. Both founders grew up in households of small business owners where they saw first hand what it takes to run a business. We set out to create reliable services to help with one of the most important parts of your organization - People. We believe people are the key ingredient.​​​
