Salt Partners was created by a husband and wife in Austin, TX who collectively have over 25 years of hiring and HR experience. Both founders grew up in households of small business owners where they saw first hand just how many hats it takes to run a business. We set out to create affordable services for companies to help with one of the most important parts of your business - People. We believe people are the key ingredient, and shine when they are in the right role.
